One profile, two materials — rigid PVC structure permanently bonded with flexible rubber seal. Better performance, simpler assembly, and no risk of delamination.
Co-extrusion means two materials come out of the die at the same time and fuse permanently — no glue, no assembly. You get a rigid PVC body for structure and an EPDM or TPE rubber zone for sealing, all in one piece.
The result is a profile that does two jobs at once. The rigid zone holds shape and mounts securely. The soft zone compresses and seals. It's ideal for car door seals, bus window frames, glazing beads, and anywhere you currently use two separate components to do what one could do better.
We can run multi-durometer designs (different softness in different zones), colour in the rigid PVC zone, and foam-core profiles for noise reduction. Send us your drawing and we'll advise on the right material combination.
Rigid mounting flange with soft sealing lip — the ideal co-extrusion architecture for door and boot seals.
Hard PVC bead with soft rubber inner lip for glass retention and vibration damping.
Full-perimeter bus door and window sealing systems in co-extruded profiles.
High-compression co-extruded seals for shipping container door closures.
Structural panel retention profiles with integrated compressed sealing gaskets.
Lightweight co-extruded door and windshield sealing solutions for 3-wheelers.
Permanent bond between rigid and flexible zones eliminates delamination risk.
Foam-core co-extrusion options significantly reduce noise transmission.
Unlimited profile geometry — our engineers can produce almost any cross-section you require.
EPDM rubber zones provide excellent outdoor weathering resistance.
